Wait Time for New Patients: I currently have about a 3-4 month wait for a new patient visit. To start the process, please first book a Free 15 Minute Introductory Call. After this visit, we can discuss a plan of care and scheduling options. Fertility patients or those in active fertility cycles are always prioritized and we can often get you in sooner, so please reach out if this is you. Thank you for your patience!

Insurance: I am an in network provider with Aetna, Moda, and Regence BCBS. For all other plans, you will be responsible for the cash rate at the time of your appointment, and I will provide a Superbill after the visit for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your out of network benefits.

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I hold this time just for you and have very limited availability due to the small size of my practice, late cancellations limit access for other patients who also need care. If you do need to reschedule, please plan ahead and provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, and with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full cost of the visit. Exceptions are always made for illness and true emergencies, and we do greatly appreciate you rescheduling or switching to a virtual appointment if you are sick to help protect others!

Dr. Sarah Trotta
(She/They) ND, LAc

Dr. Sarah Trotta is a Naturopathic Physician and Acupuncturist who believes deeply in the power of listening and meeting each patient exactly where they are. Her own journey with a life-altering autoimmune condition as a teenager led her to discover integrative medicine and inspired her to dedicate her career to helping others navigate complex health challenges.

She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and Master of Science in East Asian Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon, followed by a residency in naturopathic primary care and Five Element Acupuncture. Her residency training emphasized fertility, endocrinology, and complex chronic illness.

Collaboration is at the heart of Dr. Sarah’s approach. She enjoys working closely with other providers and specialists to ensure that her patients receive truly comprehensive care. She is especially passionate about supporting patients with chronic illness and autoimmunity, and helping individuals and families of all genders on their fertility and parenting journeys.

Areas of Focus: - Fertility support for all genders and family structures - Adjunctive prenatal and postpartum care - Gender-affirming care, including hormone management and wellness exams - Complex chronic illness: MCAS, POTS, dysautonomia, autoimmunity, chronic infections, long COVID, chronic fatigue, and gastrointestinal conditions - Pelvic pain, menstrual irregularities, and dysmenorrhea - Functional medicine: advanced lab analysis, nutritional counseling, botanical and homeopathic medicine, and pharmaceutical management when needed
