Welcome to the Poppyseed Natural Medicine scheduling page!

My practice is intentionally small volume, high-touch, and rooted in slow medicine. I believe lasting progress happens through an ongoing relationship, not quick fixes or one-off visits. Healing is a process, and meaningful change comes from thoughtful observation and conversation over time. Because I work closely with a limited number of patients, I cannot provide extensive care or decision-making through messaging between visits. I support patients best through regularly scheduled appointments, where we review progress, interpret changes, and adjust your care plan together. I encourage scheduling visits at your desired frequency and booking appointments several months in advance to ensure continuity and momentum toward your goals.

Waitlist for New Patients: I currently have a waitlist to work with me. To be added, please call (503) 954-1660 or email info@poppyseednaturalmedicine.com. As of December 2025, the wait is roughly 3-4 months. Fertility patients or those in active fertility cycles are prioritized. Thank you for your patience!

Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I hold this time just for you and have very limited availability due to the small size of my practice, late cancellations limit access for other patients who also need care. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please plan ahead and provide at least 48 hours of notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, and with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full cost of the visit. Exceptions are made for illness and true emergencies, but please note that changes to your work schedule do not constitute an emergency.
