Waitlist for New Patients: I currently have a waitlist for new patients. To start the process of joining the waitlist, please email me at info@poppyseednaturalmedicine.com to share a little about what you are looking for. I will then get back to you with an estimated wait time for scheduling a new patient visit. Fertility patients or those in active fertility cycles (IUI/IVF) are always prioritized, and we can often get you in sooner, so please reach out if this is you. Thank you for your patience!
Please also note that my practice does not provide Primary Care, and I suggest that all patients have an established relationship with a PCP for all primary care needs.
Insurance: I am an in network provider with Aetna, Moda, and Regence BCBS. For all other plans, you will be responsible for the cash rate at the time of your appointment, and I will provide a Superbill after the visit for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement according to your out of network benefits.
Cancellation Policy: Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Because I hold this time just for you and have very limited availability due to the small size of my practice, late cancellations limit access for other patients who also need care. If you do need to reschedule, please plan ahead and provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are subject to a $100 cancellation fee, and with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full cost of the visit. Exceptions are always made for illness and true emergencies, and we do greatly appreciate you rescheduling or switching to a virtual appointment if you are sick to help protect others!
